Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, overseeing relationships and account P&L
- Collaborate with business development to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Lead technical delivery and ensure client satisfaction through effective implementation
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical account management or similar roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Proven track record of growing mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Technical background in software engineering or solution architecture is preferred
- Experience in proactive account origination and data-driven decision-making
- Understanding of consulting and advisory work, including project scoping and delivery
