Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise and mid-market accounts, overseeing relationships and account P&L
- Collaborate with business development to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts
- Provide technical leadership and ensure quality delivery of services to clients
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in technical account management or related roles in tech consulting or software engineering
- Experience in growing accounts, particularly in mid-market and large enterprises
- Technical background in software engineering or solution architecture is preferred
- Proven track record of proactive client engagement and demand shaping
- Understanding of consulting/advisory work and project delivery
