Technical Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (West).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of business
• Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues and monitor pacing and delivery
• Work closely with clients to ensure tracking codes are functioning and support knowledge sharing within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 3+ years in a related role
• Excellent technical aptitude and experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs)
• Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and familiarity with product feeds
• Experience working with Google Analytics and understanding of data interpretation
• Familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, Javascript, or Python is a plus
