Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day account activities and provide technical support to clients
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to align solutions with their business requirements
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical account management or related fields
- Proven experience with Arc Suite applications such as ArcPro, ArcReporting, and/or ArcFiling
- B.S./B.A. preferred; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
- Basic knowledge of SEC regulations and electronic filing requirements
- Basic technical acumen and understanding of production knowledge
