Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day account activities and provide technical support to clients
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to align solutions with their business requirements


Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical account management or related fields
  • Proven experience with Arc Suite applications such as ArcPro, ArcReporting, and/or ArcFiling
  • B.S./B.A. preferred; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Basic knowledge of SEC regulations and electronic filing requirements
  • Basic technical acumen and understanding of production knowledge
