Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the technical success of assigned customer accounts throughout their intelligence journey
  • Partner with customers to define and deliver intelligence-led outcomes using the company's capabilities
  • Monitor platform adoption and conduct account health reviews to ensure operational success
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing cyber threat intelligence or security operations roles
  • Strong understanding of intelligence principles and technical fluency with intelligence platforms and integrations
  • Demonstrated success in account health management and customer relationship growth
  • Bachelor's Degree in cyber security, computing science, intelligence studies, or related field
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, GCIH are preferred
