Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical success of assigned customer accounts throughout their intelligence journey
- Partner with customers to define and deliver intelligence-led outcomes using the company's capabilities
- Monitor platform adoption and conduct account health reviews to ensure operational success
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer-facing cyber threat intelligence or security operations roles
- Strong understanding of intelligence principles and technical fluency with intelligence platforms and integrations
- Demonstrated success in account health management and customer relationship growth
- Bachelor's Degree in cyber security, computing science, intelligence studies, or related field
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, GCTI, GCIH are preferred
