Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager to engage and enable its largest customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales technical and functional needs of top enterprise customers
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer champions and technical teams to drive product adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development and monitor customer success metrics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer success or technical account management in a SaaS environment
- Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and C-level executives
- Strong understanding of SaaS security, cloud security, and identity management
- Proficiency in Python, Django, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with common SaaS solutions such as Salesforce and M365
