Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Technical Account Manager to engage and enable its largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales technical and functional needs of top enterprise customers
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer champions and technical teams to drive product adoption
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product development and monitor customer success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success or technical account management in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working directly with large enterprise customers and C-level executives
  • Strong understanding of SaaS security, cloud security, and identity management
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with common SaaS solutions such as Salesforce and M365
