Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships as a strategic and technical advisor, ensuring successful onboarding and ongoing success
- Deliver technical training and facilitate regular value reviews to help clients achieve their desired outcomes
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and guide clients through data integration and usage of products
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management or a similar client-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage technical customer relationships and achieve retention and growth targets
- Experience with technical turnarounds or managing complex client escalations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
