Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will act as a technical expert to drive client performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions by identifying problems and guiding users through resolution steps
- Educate clients on hardware products and software applications
- Provide first and second tier support to customers via phone, email, and remote assistance
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of Technical Support experience, preferably in Phone Support
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Two-year degree in Information Technology or related field
- Additional Technology Certifications are preferred
- Knowledge of systems design and implementation in a database environment
