Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager who will act as a technical expert to drive client performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions by identifying problems and guiding users through resolution steps
  • Educate clients on hardware products and software applications
  • Provide first and second tier support to customers via phone, email, and remote assistance
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Technical Support experience, preferably in Phone Support
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Two-year degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Additional Technology Certifications are preferred
  • Knowledge of systems design and implementation in a database environment
