Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the technical success of assigned customer accounts throughout their intelligence journey
- Develop an understanding of customer intelligence goals to deliver measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure a unified customer experience and drive platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, customer-facing roles in cybersecurity, technical support, or intelligence operations
- Foundational understanding of intelligence concepts, cybersecurity tools, and SaaS environments
- Demonstrable competency in account health management and risk mitigation
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Lifecycle and common security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
- Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, or related fields
