Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the technical success of assigned customer accounts throughout their intelligence journey
  • Develop an understanding of customer intelligence goals to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure a unified customer experience and drive platform adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, customer-facing roles in cybersecurity, technical support, or intelligence operations
  • Foundational understanding of intelligence concepts, cybersecurity tools, and SaaS environments
  • Demonstrable competency in account health management and risk mitigation
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Lifecycle and common security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, or related fields
