Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - SaaS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage a portfolio of assigned enterprise customers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong client relationships
  • Lead technical onboarding, implementations, and ongoing account management for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise customer environments
  • Comfort with technical concepts such as integrations, APIs, and data workflows
  • Five to seven years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of experience and education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
