Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to drive customer success using their GPU infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, acting as the primary point of contact for their needs
- Host regular, data-driven partnership reviews with key customers and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Engineering teams to ensure technical and operational readiness for customer onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a customer success or customer-facing role
- Prior experience in a cloud infrastructure company
- Ability to work with engineering teams and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in designing and leading the implementation of new processes
- Proficient in using advanced data analytics platforms for strategic decision-making
