Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Central).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through deployment and operationalization of the platform
- Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and addressing any blockers to utilization
- Manage a book of business, identifying expansion opportunities and supporting revenue objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud or cloud-security products
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture, with familiarity in at least one CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)
- Proven track record of managing relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer outcomes
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and container technologies
