Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to expand their client-facing technical solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients' technical stakeholders to provide expert-level guidance on implementation and integration of solutions
- Lead technical discussions and demonstrations showcasing product knowledge and Healthcare IT expertise
- Coordinate internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
- Experience in Healthcare IT with a strong background in project management and technical implementations
- Comfort working with Linux infrastructure, software development, cloud platforms, and Windows systems
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is a bonus
