Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to expand their client-facing technical solutions organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients' technical stakeholders to provide expert-level guidance on implementation and integration of solutions
  • Lead technical discussions and demonstrations showcasing product knowledge and Healthcare IT expertise
  • Coordinate internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining strong customer relationships
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar role
  • Experience in Healthcare IT with a strong background in project management and technical implementations
  • Comfort working with Linux infrastructure, software development, cloud platforms, and Windows systems
  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field is a bonus
