Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the first line of technical troubleshooting for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot integration issues
  • Support onboarding of new customers by configuring and validating integrations
  • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and improving technical documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support, integration, or solutions engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with support systems like Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
  • Proficiency in monitoring, APIs, and basic debugging tools
