Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the first line of technical troubleshooting for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot integration issues
- Support onboarding of new customers by configuring and validating integrations
- Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and improving technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, integration, or solutions engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
- Experience with support systems like Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
- Proficiency in monitoring, APIs, and basic debugging tools
