Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure account health and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and manage proactive communication
  • Prepare and present technical business reviews, converting findings into actionable plans
  • Create accurate quotes and scopes of work while coordinating internal execution and standards alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in an MSP or IT services environment in a client-facing role
  • Strong technical fluency in Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking, backup, and security fundamentals
  • Experience presenting to executives and business owners
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through
