Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer success with Medical Education Technology, including onboarding and retention
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customers, defining success metrics and facilitating communication
  • Drive adoption of digital learning programs and develop key performance metrics related to customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business administration or education
  • 3 years of Technical Account experience in a medical device or technology organization required
  • Technical certifications related to Planhat, Salesforce, or similar preferred
  • Experience with digital learning software tools preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Associate at the company is acceptable
