Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the main technical advisor for strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers, providing support and troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Guide customers on best practices and proactively recommend solutions to meet their objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
  • Extensive knowledge of PostgreSQL and familiarity with Linux and Windows shells
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira and knowledge of B2B SaaS products
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously
