Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to guide customers in adopting their solutions and optimizing their use of the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and configure scalable solutions based on customer business needs using OnePlan and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Provide hands-on support and technical guidance to customers, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the platform
  • Identify and remove technical barriers to facilitate customer engagement and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate
  • Experience in Project Portfolio Management and understanding of organizational work planning and delivery
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Experience building relationships and supporting customers throughout their journey
