Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their Platform Operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sale client communication and day-to-day operations for Self-Service clients
  • Develop expert-level knowledge of the marketing platform and train clients to ensure campaign success
  • Oversee onboarding processes for new accounts and collaborate with internal teams for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in Ad Tech or Digital Media
  • Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and technical market standards
  • Prior programmatic trading experience within an agency or third-party trade desk
  • Detail-oriented and organized with experience managing multiple projects and accounts
  • Passion for digital advertising, with healthcare experience considered a plus
