Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their Platform Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale client communication and day-to-day operations for Self-Service clients
- Develop expert-level knowledge of the marketing platform and train clients to ensure campaign success
- Oversee onboarding processes for new accounts and collaborate with internal teams for growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Account Management, or Customer Success in Ad Tech or Digital Media
- Strong knowledge of the ad-tech ecosystem and technical market standards
- Prior programmatic trading experience within an agency or third-party trade desk
- Detail-oriented and organized with experience managing multiple projects and accounts
- Passion for digital advertising, with healthcare experience considered a plus
