Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to ensure client success with their identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical recommendations and best practices for clients' identity and security needs
- Coordinate business reviews with customer leadership to highlight performance and success
- Manage ongoing customer needs to drive high retention and loyalty
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Sales Engineering
- Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies
- Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation
- Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
- Ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively
