Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to ensure client success with their identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical recommendations and best practices for clients' identity and security needs
  • Coordinate business reviews with customer leadership to highlight performance and success
  • Manage ongoing customer needs to drive high retention and loyalty
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Sales Engineering
  • Understanding of Java and knowledge of web technologies
  • Experience with Identity Management, Access Management, or Federation
  • Experience with SFDC or equivalent CRM systems
  • Ability to manage proactive and reactive tasks effectively
