Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a dedicated technical advisor to strategic customers, supporting their Airtable implementations
  • Design tailored Airtable solutions by understanding customer workflows and connected systems
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to address customer trends and technical challenges
Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in technical account management, consulting, or pre-sales solution architecture at a SaaS company
  • Strong systems thinking with the ability to design structured solutions involving data and workflows
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, solution design, and cross-platform architecture
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, automations, and basic scripting for workflow optimization
  • Experience embedding AI-driven workflows into business processes
