Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and collaboration tools
  • Collaborate with the customer account team to enhance customer relationships and manage technical feature requests
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, providing recommendations based on product offerings
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineer
  • Deep understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and troubleshooting network issues
  • Experience with video conferencing and UC tools, including Cisco/Tandberg and Microsoft Lync/Office 365
  • Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
  • Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
