Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and collaboration tools
- Collaborate with the customer account team to enhance customer relationships and manage technical feature requests
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, providing recommendations based on product offerings
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineer
- Deep understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and troubleshooting network issues
- Experience with video conferencing and UC tools, including Cisco/Tandberg and Microsoft Lync/Office 365
- Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
- Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
