Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPU-focused Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding for new CPU customers, including environment setup and architecture validation
  • Serve as the primary post-sales technical point of contact, conducting regular technical reviews and QBRs
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and customer adoption of additional services


Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud networking, and compute orchestration
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
  • Significant hands-on experience with Kubernetes
  • Experience with IaaS pricing and usage optimization is a plus
