Job Summary
A company is looking for a CPU-focused Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding for new CPU customers, including environment setup and architecture validation
- Serve as the primary post-sales technical point of contact, conducting regular technical reviews and QBRs
- Identify opportunities for account growth and customer adoption of additional services
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, cloud networking, and compute orchestration
- Experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines
- Significant hands-on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with IaaS pricing and usage optimization is a plus
