Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients' technical stakeholders to provide expert-level guidance on implementation and operation of solutions
- Lead technical discussions and coordinate internal teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Conduct product training and provide regular reporting on customer health and product usage
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience in Healthcare IT with a background in project management and technical implementations
- Comfort with Linux infrastructure, software development, and cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
