Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing day-to-day issues and maximizing ROI
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product and translate complex problems into actionable solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs related to risk, fraud, compliance, and payments
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Risk Management, or Solutions Architecture within B2B SaaS
  • Domain experience in fraud prevention, AML/KYC compliance, or financial crime risk in relevant markets
  • Regulatory literacy across at least one primary market framework (e.g., UAE, Singapore, Australia)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tools
  • Experience managing customer relationships and technical product escalations
