Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Technical Service Delivery) to lead enterprise clients through complex production infrastructure challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical owner for a set of enterprise clients, ensuring operational excellence across platforms
- Guide clients through incidents, upgrades, and architectural decisions to maintain stable and performant platforms
- Lead strategic account reviews and present platform health and risk to executives, providing actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management or similar client-facing roles focused on infrastructure
- Proven experience in providing technical leadership for enterprise production environments using OpenStack and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of core OpenStack components, Linux systems, and distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-severity incidents and communicate effectively with executives
- Ability to provide architectural guidance and proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies
