Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Technical Service Delivery) to lead enterprise clients through complex production infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical owner for a set of enterprise clients, ensuring operational excellence across platforms
  • Guide clients through incidents, upgrades, and architectural decisions to maintain stable and performant platforms
  • Lead strategic account reviews and present platform health and risk to executives, providing actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or similar client-facing roles focused on infrastructure
  • Proven experience in providing technical leadership for enterprise production environments using OpenStack and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of core OpenStack components, Linux systems, and distributed systems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-severity incidents and communicate effectively with executives
  • Ability to provide architectural guidance and proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies
