Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and collaboration tools
- Partner with the customer account team to enhance customer relationships
- Manage technical feature requests and act as a trusted advisor to customers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, preferably as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineer
- Understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and troubleshooting network issues
- Experience with video conferencing and UC tools
- Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux
- Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
