Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager with Contact Center experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on the company's architecture and collaboration tools
  • Partner with the customer account team to enhance customer relationships
  • Manage technical feature requests and act as a trusted advisor to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a client-facing technical role, preferably as a Technical Account Manager or Solutions/Sales Engineer
  • Understanding of IP Telephony, SIP/H323, and troubleshooting network issues
  • Experience with video conferencing and UC tools
  • Administration experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux
  • Familiarity with cloud CCaaS platforms and contact center technologies
