Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (OpenStack) to lead enterprise clients through complex production infrastructure challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical owner for enterprise clients using Mirantis platforms in production
  • Guide clients through incidents, upgrades, and architectural decisions to ensure platform stability and performance
  • Collaborate with Support, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to provide strategic technical advice and lead account reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management or similar client-facing roles
  • Proven experience in providing technical leadership for enterprise production environments using OpenStack and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of core OpenStack components, Linux systems, and networking
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-severity incidents and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to provide architectural guidance and proactive risk identification
