Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing technical advice and support
  • Map customer business processes to product capabilities and address any identified gaps
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in customer engagement, technical support, or account management
  • 3-5 years of experience with insurance technologies, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent required; familiarity with architecture frameworks is a plus
  • Experience with software implementation projects and understanding of software development lifecycle methodology
