Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer success with learning programs through onboarding, adoption, and satisfaction
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, defining success metrics and ensuring effective communication
  • Drive the adoption of digital learning programs and measure key performance metrics related to customer experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business administration or education
  • 3 years of Technical Account experience in a medical device or technology organization required
  • Technical certifications or professional development related to Planhat, Salesforce, or Asana preferred
  • Experience with digital learning software such as Intellum preferred
  • Strong consulting skills and proven results as a trusted advisor
