Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and advocacy
  • Provide GRC expertise and technical advice to help customers utilize Risk Cloud applications effectively
  • Manage customer health tracking and proactively engage at-risk customers with tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
  • Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
  • Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Passion for SaaS applications and understanding their value and limitations
