Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive product adoption and advocacy
- Provide GRC expertise and technical advice to help customers utilize Risk Cloud applications effectively
- Manage customer health tracking and proactively engage at-risk customers with tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in GRC or Risk Advisory
- Expertise in cybersecurity and risk management frameworks such as NIST 800-53 and ISO27001
- Interest in supporting sales and commercial business development efforts
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Passion for SaaS applications and understanding their value and limitations
