Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (West).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and guide customers through deployment and operationalization of the platform
  • Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and addressing any blockers to utilization
  • Manage a book of business, identifying opportunities for expansion and ensuring customer needs are represented internally


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud or cloud-security products
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture of at least one cloud service provider (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)
  • Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and common threat models
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business with enterprise clients
