Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (Mid-Atlantic).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and guide customers through the Wiz platform's deployment and operationalization
- Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by developing success plans and tracking progress towards business goals
- Advocate for customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to address feature requests and improve processes
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud/cloud-security products
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture, with familiarity in at least one CSP (AWS/GCP/Azure/OCI)
- Proven track record of managing a book of business with enterprise clients and driving customer outcomes
- Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and common threat models
