Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers and ensure they realize the full security value of the AI MDR platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact and maintain a Customer Success Plan
- Lead technical check-ins, platform reviews, and proactively monitor account health
- Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing optimization of their tech stack
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in technical account management, cybersecurity engineering, or customer success in a relevant environment
- Solid knowledge of threat detection and response, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security
- Ability to communicate technical complexity to diverse audiences
- High autonomy and organizational discipline across a multi-account portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
