Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of customers and ensure they realize the full security value of the AI MDR platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact and maintain a Customer Success Plan
  • Lead technical check-ins, platform reviews, and proactively monitor account health
  • Guide customers through onboarding and ongoing optimization of their tech stack
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in technical account management, cybersecurity engineering, or customer success in a relevant environment
  • Solid knowledge of threat detection and response, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security
  • Ability to communicate technical complexity to diverse audiences
  • High autonomy and organizational discipline across a multi-account portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
