Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Radar AI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary technical account manager for Radar AI subscribers, onboarding and activating clients
  • Serve as a liaison between the product team and clients, translating updates and collecting feedback
  • Collaborate with the growth organization to track adoption, retention, and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role
  • Deep understanding of real estate and seller pipeline strategy
  • Ability to interpret AI-driven engagement data
  • Experience in a SaaS business environment or enterprise software preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and FUB CRMs is a plus
