Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager, Radar AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical account manager for Radar AI subscribers, onboarding and activating clients
- Serve as a liaison between the product team and clients, translating updates and collecting feedback
- Collaborate with the growth organization to track adoption, retention, and identify expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related role
- Deep understanding of real estate and seller pipeline strategy
- Ability to interpret AI-driven engagement data
- Experience in a SaaS business environment or enterprise software preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and FUB CRMs is a plus
