Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs and security leaders, translating technical findings into business impact and cyber risk insights
  • Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of customer relationships and engagements, including onboarding and operational execution
  • Support executive-level conversations around prioritization of remediation, security investments, and measurable risk reduction
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, or technical customer success within enterprise environments
  • Experience working directly with CISOs or executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security environments (networking, infrastructure, cloud)
  • Experience scoping or leading security assessments or penetration testing engagements
  • Fluent in English
