Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to support impactful projects in the Managed Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support assigned accounts, focusing on customer retention and daily interactions with Managed Services Engineers
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure IT services meet client expectations and resolve issues promptly
  • Identify customer service opportunities and manage technical resources for enhanced customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Five years of experience in IT customer account management, IT managed services, or IT project management
  • Experience working in large remote teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and provide trusted advisor-level service
  • Technical abilities to understand complex business requirements and current development trends
  • Bachelor's degree and PMP certification preferred
