Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager based in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for high-value enterprise customers throughout the full lifecycle
- Lead onboarding, guide integration architecture, and drive deep platform adoption in complex environments
- Conduct delivery reviews and executive briefings, translating technical findings into strategic business context
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Technical Account Manager or equivalent post-sale technical advisory role
- Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI
- Strong technical foundation in DevOps tooling like Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Practical scripting ability in languages such as Bash, Ruby, Go, JavaScript, or Python
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team-wide capability uplift
