Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive client success and product adoption for their Radar AI product-line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical account manager for Radar AI subscribers, overseeing onboarding and activation
  • Serve as a liaison between product enhancements and client feedback, ensuring effective communication and implementation
  • Collaborate with growth teams to track adoption, retention, and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Deep understanding of real estate and seller pipeline strategy
  • Experience in a SaaS business environment or enterprise software is highly preferred
  • Operational discipline with familiarity in managing tasks within a CRM platform
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and FUB CRMs is a plus
