- Maintain high customer retention by managing contract timelines and addressing risks proactively
- Identify usage gaps and deliver training to maximize product adoption and best practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Support, or a client-facing role
- Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology environments is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers effectively
- Experience delivering product training and onboarding support to customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment
