  • Ensure mid-market customers achieve measurable value from MacroPoint and MyCarrierPortal through performance reviews and ROI insights
  • Maintain high customer retention by managing contract timelines and addressing risks proactively
  • Identify usage gaps and deliver training to maximize product adoption and best practices
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Technical Support, or a client-facing role
  • Experience in SaaS, logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology environments is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers effectively
  • Experience delivering product training and onboarding support to customers
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment
