Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to lead and manage post-launch initiatives for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the technical aspects of client relationships, driving product adoption and improving integration health
  • Liaise with operational and technical client stakeholders, serving as the voice of the customer to internal teams
  • Provide technical governance, develop account plans, and manage client integration health while mitigating risks
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including 1+ years in a client-facing technologist role
  • Strong technical acumen with proficiency in SQL and experience with APIs and technical integrations
  • Experience leading client conversations and influencing stakeholder decision-making
  • Background in enterprise healthcare systems or digital consumer payments is preferred
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and navigating ambiguity
