Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate technical strategies that align with customer environments
- Provide technical guidance and best practices throughout the sales cycle and deployment
- Collaborate with customer success managers and account executives to support the customer experience from a technical perspective
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in security engineering, detection engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
- Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows
- Ability to translate customer needs into effective detection strategies
- Experience supporting customers through escalations with a customer-first approach
- Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms is helpful but not required
