Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Account Manager - EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Technical Account Managers, managing performance and fostering a collaborative culture
  • Ensure consistent execution of TAM services across the customer base, maintaining quality and alignment with engagement models
  • Identify and resolve operational blockers to enable TAMs to focus on delivering customer value
Required Qualifications
  • Several years of experience in Technical Account Management or a related customer-facing technical role, with at least 2 years in a management capacity
  • Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams with a focus on individual growth and team cohesion
  • Strong technical foundation with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Operational mindset to manage performance and prioritize effectively
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to translate technical engagement into measurable business value
