Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to guide customers in leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
  • Translate business needs into technical and operational plans with senior executives
  • Work closely with internal teams to address and solve customer queries and issues
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing role within the marketing technology domain
  • Familiarity with Adobe solutions such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Understanding of Agile development methodologies and SaaS UX principles
  • Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
  • Exceptional customer experience focus with the ability to proactively drive value realization
