Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to guide customers in leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Translate business needs into technical and operational plans with senior executives
- Work closely with internal teams to address and solve customer queries and issues
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing role within the marketing technology domain
- Familiarity with Adobe solutions such as Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and SaaS UX principles
- Strong ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
- Exceptional customer experience focus with the ability to proactively drive value realization
