Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TOLA) to drive customer adoption and provide technical guidance for cloud security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and expert on the Wiz platform and cloud security
  • Drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and business value realization through proactive engagement and success planning
  • Advocate for customer needs, manage a book of business, and identify opportunities for expansion and renewals
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles related to cloud or cloud-security products
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture, ideally with CSP certification
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business and building relationships with enterprise clients
  • Familiarity with cloud-security best practices and technologies, including container and DevOps technologies
