Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to oversee the post-sale customer journey and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, leading onboarding and ongoing engagements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product feedback and influence the product roadmap
  • Help customers design and scale payment systems while identifying opportunities for increased automation and reduced failure modes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
  • Strong experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems
