Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to oversee the post-sale customer journey and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers, leading onboarding and ongoing engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product feedback and influence the product roadmap
- Help customers design and scale payment systems while identifying opportunities for increased automation and reduced failure modes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in client-facing technical roles such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
- Strong experience with REST APIs and integration patterns
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production environments
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
- Background in fintech, payments, or financial systems
