Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Technical Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 accounts, driving expansion through proactive outreach based on product usage and billing signals
  • Convert inbound leads from product-led and onboarding sources into expanded usage or prepaid commitments
  • Develop and iterate on growth segment sales strategies, sharing insights with the broader team
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a closing or expansion role at a product-led or usage-based SaaS company
  • Experience with high-velocity, lower-ACV sales, closing approximately 5 deals per month
  • Technical fluency to engage with engineers and product teams regarding analytics and related topics
  • Ability to analyze product usage data and billing signals to prioritize account management efforts
  • Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a new role with no existing playbook
