Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to assist customers in transitioning AI workloads to production on their infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the production journey and lead the transition from proof-of-concept to production
- Ensure technical success by monitoring and improving performance, cost efficiency, and reliability
- Act as a trusted technical partner, providing guidance and translating challenges into solutions
Required Qualifications
- Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems and distributed systems
- Experience working directly with technical customers, such as engineers and ML teams
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance
- Experience with AI/ML workloads is a strong plus
