Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to assist customers in transitioning AI workloads to production on their infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the production journey and lead the transition from proof-of-concept to production
  • Ensure technical success by monitoring and improving performance, cost efficiency, and reliability
  • Act as a trusted technical partner, providing guidance and translating challenges into solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Solid understanding of cloud or infrastructure systems and distributed systems
  • Experience working directly with technical customers, such as engineers and ML teams
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
  • Ability to troubleshoot and reason about system performance
  • Experience with AI/ML workloads is a strong plus
