Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Digital & Web Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for enterprise clients across web development and creative engagements
- Own client strategy, delivery oversight, and relationship health, ensuring alignment to business goals and KPIs
- Identify and pursue account growth opportunities, including upsells and expanded scopes of work
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in account management, client services, or digital delivery within an agency, SaaS, or consulting environment
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-level web development engagements, including complex builds and integrations
- Strong understanding of the web development lifecycle (UX/UI, development, QA, deployment)
- Technical fluency with modern web ecosystems, including CMS platforms and front-end frameworks
- Proven ability to own client relationships and manage expectations in complex stakeholder environments
