Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Enterprise and Mid-Market healthcare SaaS customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full lifecycle
  • Lead onboarding activities and manage customer escalations and retention efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and contribute to operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong experience managing customer relationships, escalations, and onboarding initiatives
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales teams
  • Strong CRM documentation habits and a proactive, customer-first mindset
